Functionality¡VThere is no any TV tuner designed for global market. Every market has its own code. System Integrator has to source the TV tuner locally and verify that the TV signal coming in is acceptable in performance. Wincomm usually requests for this kind of TV tuner to send back to Wincomm lab. to simultaneously verify that this TV tuner card can be operated perfectly with all suitable software drivers through the whole verification process(normally it takes 3 days to go through all the verification tests). Once there is any issue, Wincomm will fix that and confirm with System integrators to get their approval. Wincomm can take care the functionally by going through verification process.
