This is how it works.
- Call or email Wincomm service center. sales_support@wincomm.com.tw to tell us the series number of the unit.
- Then, Service Department will trace the default software image(includes firmware, drivers, OS and application software) down loaded in one USB dongle as shown above.
- When you receive this USB dongle. Please turn off the machine that you want to do image recovery.
- Please plug in the USB dongle into the unit.
- Reboot the computer from USB dongle. The USB dongle will run auto-execution program to download the software image to the storage.
