Wincomm Launches WPC-76B(F) Medical-Grade Edge AI Box PC for Hospital Applications

Wincomm, a global leading medical grade all in one computer provider, is pleased to announce the launch of its new WPC-76B and WPC-76BF medical-grade box PCs, purpose-built to power next-generation edge AI computing in hospital environments. As the successors of the WPC-767(F) series, these systems integrate Intel® 12th–14th Gen Core™ processors with advanced performance, expanded PCIe configurations, and compliance with 4th edition UL/EN 60601-1-2 medical safety standards.

High-Performance Edge Computing for AI-Driven Healthcare
The fanless WPC-76B and smart-fan WPC-76BF provide scalable processing power for AI-assisted diagnostics, imaging analysis, and hospital information systems. Powered by Intel® Core i9/i7/i5/i3 processors (up to 45 W TDP) and Intel® Q670E chipset, both models support dual-channel DDR4 up to 64 GB, PCIe x16/x4 expansion, and M.2 & Mini-PCIe slots to integrate graphics, capture, or wireless modules for diverse medical imaging and data applications.


Medical-Grade Design with Rich I/O and Reliable Hygiene
Designed in a hospital-white housing with anti-vibration SSD protection, the WPC-76B/76BF comply with CE, FCC, VCCI Class B, UL, and EN 60601 medical standards to ensure safety and hygiene. A wide range of I/O—including 8 USB ports, dual LAN (1 GbE + 2.5 GbE), dual COM, and triple display outputs (VGA/DVI-D/DP)—supports seamless connectivity across OR, PACS, and diagnostic systems.

Scalable, Reliable, and Customizable for Hospital Environments
The WPC-76B(F) series offers DC 12–24 V input, optional remote power control, Wi-Fi 7 + Bluetooth, and TPM 2.0 security support. Wincomm’s in-house design—from motherboard, BIOS to mechanical engineering—ensures long-term supply and customization for hospital integration, from imaging workstations to edge servers and AI assist solutions.
